Zubeldia is an online shop trading through zubeldia.com, offering home, kitchen and garden products to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once payment clears. Prices and stock levels can change without notice, and on rare occasions we may need to cancel an order — if that happens, you'll be refunded in full, no faff.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP or EUR depending on your storefront and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our approved payment providers.

We're liable for loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms, as far as permitted by law. We don't exclude or limit liability for anything that can't legally be excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence.
